Time passes – Style remains

Superleggera Classic Cars is proud to offer authentic classic cars that have been brought back to a condition that is the same or even better than when they left their factories in Northern Italy a few decades ago. The cars are beautiful, fun and pleasant to drive and may also represent an excellent investment case.

Driving force and co-founder of Superleggera Classic Cars (SCC) is Matthias Hinz. After more than 20 years in the corporate world he decided to make his passion for classic Italian sports cars a profession. What started decades ago with the purchase of a Lancia Flaminia Touring GT has led to the creation of a company dedicated to classic Italian sports cars.

SCC sources, restores and at times reluctantly sells rare and exclusive Italian Gran Turismo cars of the 50s, 60s and early 70s. Matthias is convinced that during this period Italian companies like Pininfarina, Touring, Zagato and Vignale in cooperation with the leading Italian car manufacturers created some of the most amazing, elegant and exciting cars in automobile history.

All cars are undergoing a comprehensive state of the art restoration process. In order to guarantee highest quality standards, SCC is undertaking the major part of the restoration in its own workshop or with workshops exclusively working for them. SCC also co-operates with a network of specialised craftsmen. All of them must have a proven track record for professional work and for handling demanding projects. Only top quality parts and materials – whenever possible from the original manufacturers – are used. The whole restoration process is closely monitored by SCC and it is extensively and scrupulously documented.
